I just got this email this afternoon and can't seem to find another thread on the topic yet so maaaaybe I'm able to start a fresh thread and help another FT out... at last!

So far the least expensive suite (that I can get to easily) is at the Westin Mt. Laurel (NJ-outside Philadelphia) with a cost of $275 ai. This comes to $.074 per SPG point. Not too bad. If anyone finds anything less, please post it!

Ah, the Mt. Laurel mystery suites. I've stayed at this property about a dozen times. They claim to have 10 jr. suites, but they don't really exist. There are some rooms with floor to ceiling windows, but no real suites there. Try reserving one and see what happens.

It appears that the Indiana properties only provide Triple Starpoints. Another search revealed that the Tysons Corner, VA property has suites for $199ai with 3000pt bonus. .05 per starpoint.

It says triple points but when you click on it to select the room it shows suites specifically with the 3000 point bonus.
