Caribbean - Air Interisland

Does anyone know the story on Air Interisland? They fly domestically in the DR. Their website (http://airinterisland.com/) says that they fly daily between SDQ and PUJ, and they list reasonable prices. But their facebook page says they only fly charter and their prices are much higher.

I've tried contacting them through e-mail, but haven't gotten a response. Anybody know anything about them?
