GLBT Travelers - Summer trip - suggestions for spots in NYC-SEA-YVR-SFO

I know I'm gonna get overflown with suggestions...

I'm travelling with the BF all over the States this summer. The destinations listed in the title are the ones where we are staying a little while.

If you have any nice GLBT-themed spots (restaurants/pubs/whatevers) to suggest (besides the usual sightseeing stuff which we'll be doing anyways :) I'd welcome them.

I am particularly curious about SEA which I never visited before. I know the other cities well, but any cool suggestions will be appreciated :)

If you want to do a fun getaway for a day/night while in NYC, go to asbury park on a Saturday and spend the ngiht at the Impress inn. It's a fun get away from the city and I love the pool Chelsea Pier is another fun place to check out if the weather is nice in NYC.

The gay history walking tour of the Castro is a fun and interesting day time activity to do in SFO.
