Hi,
I am planning to book a ticket from Paris to Amsterdam through Thalys. Noticed an option of Hi-Flex that allows us to get the full 100% refund of the money as long as the cancellation was done before the trip.
Has anyone tried cancellation through Thalys? How is their refund process? Any problems getting the money back?
