The only one I think will qualify is the one in Swiss Alps which will take 3 days to get to from North of Germany! :o

Very good find. Similar to the Garand Sierra promo in Reno Nevada. Are they doing this every summer, does anyone know by chance?

Thanks very much, piblo.

Several were 100% off (including breakfast for some!) from the UK.

I just missed out on Leukerbad, Switzerland. I saw availaibility for next week. While I was checking flights, availability went. I hadn't booked because of the 7-day cancellation requirement for this hotel in case there were no flights. (Others were 1 day.)

Berlin was already gone, but I snagged a 2-night stay in Leipzig for precisely €0. :)

They did run the same promotion last year.

Hi all,

I just used the promotion and stayed in one of their hotels for 2 days. No problems, great service.

Enjoy!

I could have managed to have many rooms free of charge due to the distance. However, there was always only one night available. Arriving often on Sunday or Monday. ---> complete trash and completely useless "promotion". same as last year

You're very hard to please.
I had a look and saw quite a lot of two night stays showing.....hardly "completely useless" at all.

Excellent promotion. I enjoyed a very nice two night weekend stay. I would definitely consider Lindner in the future. :D ^

... complete trash and completely useless "promotion". same as last yearOo er. Who got out of bed the wrong side? :D

I have one city break of 2 nights and one resort stay of 3 nights with 2x breakfasts, both at €0.00. :) So absolutely not 'complete trash and completely useless'. ;)

no verification of address, just use an EU passport to check in with some Euro address...
I just showed my Polish passport, used my aunt's Warsaw address (don't live there) and no trouble at the hotel in Frankfurt, nice location , by the river... only cost.. 9.95 Euros for the internet, but needed it... so a great hotel for 10 Euros... wish i had booked more...

And now? Are you proud to cheat? If I were in your situation, I wouldn't write such things in a public forum :td:

I wonder why they require passports when they are not necessary for travel within EU.

You still need to have your passport with you as far as I know, or EU ID card. If you take the train from France to Germany for example, there are sometimes passport checks on the train.
