Le Club Accorhotels - A-Club Point - Voucher Payment

Hi there,

if I pay a stay with vouchers, will the amount spent be credited to my points? I.e. I have a 100 Euro room and a 40 Euro voucher, will I get points for 100 Euro or 60 Euro (room-voucher)?

In my experience they have always treated the voucher just like a cash payment so yes, you should get the points.

I have been lucky only mostly but not always. I think it depends on the hotel's individual IT - how to handle Vouchers ...

According to A|Club T&C, "amounts paid using A|Club rewards gift vouchers do not generate A|Club points credit." So only 60 euros are considered as eligible expenses and will give you points.
