My cousins and I are booked on an Alitalia Shuttle to and from Rome to Bari. The planes will be a Airbus A/318/A319/A32 and a Boeing Douglas MD-82. My cousin is terrified these will be very small (less than 100 seat) planes. We cannot get any info from Alitalia...whether via email, phone or snail mail. Terrible customer service! Has anyone flown these flights and know the seat capacity?
