Other European Frequent Flyer Programs - CSA to stop PRG-BTS services
(HN/19) ČSA announced that it will indefinitely suspend service between Prague
and Bratislava on Aug. 1. The airline said that the route no longer makes economic sense, because ČSA began offering direct flights from Bratislava to some European destinations on June 23, and it is no longer necessary to make a transfer in Prague.:td:

Hm - that more or less leaves Bratislava in the cold then - because instead of several daily connections to AMS and CDG through PRG there is now three flights a week (be it direct ones). I suppose anyone who wants to fly on days or at times not covered by the CSA flights has to use VIE?

I was very happy to see the new direct routes from BTS, but the loss of the flight to PRG is a high price to pay for that.
You are exactly right: what to do on days when there is no nonstop service? VIE is close, but it will most likely mean flying Star Alliance and not SkyTeam.

Might as well stop all PRG routes.....that will save them a ton of money ;)
