India - Foreign exchange and Duty Free in Mumbai Airport

I need to purchase some items at the duty-free shop after arriving at Mumbai Airport (from FRA). Is there a foreign exchange located before I go through Immigration and Customs? Do the duty-free shops take credit cards? Thank you.

Yes to the credit cards, but I don't know of any forex bureaux prior to immigration. Keyser, are you positive about that?

i'm almost 100% positive there is one before immigration....

I found that the Duty Free Shop (which is located roughly in the same area as the baggage claim, after you go through immigration), takes credit cards. I do not remember if I saw a foreign exchange in the same area. I do remember that I passed a State Bank of India forex counter after I emerged from customs, and I saw a few more near the pre-paid taxi counter.
