AA has me on MALEV from Gatwick to Budapest, is there a One World lounge at Gatwick (I think North Terminal), since we are on the 9 am we decided to spend the night before at the Gatwick Hilton which I think is attached so it may not be a hugh deal.

Yes, Gatwick has OW lounge(s). From Oneworld web page:
