I recently had to stays that the checkin and checkout dates show up as the same date online. I called the hhonors customer service desk and had to fax the billings for the stays. That was a week ago. It still is not fixed. I also had a stay in December that I faxed twice and still nothing showing on the account. Am I the only one with this problem?
