Flew TAP Lisbon=Madeira-Porto a month ago. No credit for miles yet. Web site says no miles for flights between Madeira and Espirito Santo. I take that to mean between those two places not between Madeira and Portuguese mainland. Continental checking on it.
Anyone know how TAP interprets this. Not a lot of miles.

That should be the interpretation.
No miles for FNC-PXO (And it's Porto Santo btw;)).
And I think TP no longer flies the route. SP (Sata) is flying it.
This is the type of exclusions, on very short haul, IMO is to avoid baht runs.
Is it possible you were booked in classes E/O/T which are non-earning (http://www.continental.com/CMS/en-US/marketing/custcomm/promotions/Pages/AirlinePartnerDetails.aspx?ItemId=319) with OnePass?
If you booked via TP directly it's the Tap|discount .
The interpretation is all up to OnePass, not TP.

Exactly. With TP Victoria, all fares give miles (even if only 10% for the cheapest ones).
