Nice little fare available during August-September. Not sure why it popped up as I don't see any matches or retaliations.
Can route through SFO for some very nice mileage. Seems to require a 1 night stay. I picked up 9/9 evening -9/10 morning.
FYI: There's also Cleveland-Portland for the same price.

I'm new at this but I only see the price of $283 all in for those dates.
These are good (even great) fares for CO hub-captive. 0-night itinerary is possible from west coast.
Booked 9/1 to 9/3. CLE-EWR-PDX-IAH-CLE $210ai
Early am flight outbound, 12:25am inbound = ~2 full days, but 1 night
Have been meaning to get to PDX for years! thanks OP

Great find!!!
Wish I still needed some MRs to make 1K this year. :(
I see the EWR-TUS fare. A very good deal for late summer travel -- and quite odd that it's from an airline's own hub!
BTW, it's also a bit unusual that this fare seems to require a roundtrip purchase. That was, of course, the way cheapo fares were sold for many years. But the rise of the low cost carriers largely changed the domestic pricing structure to focus on one-way fares.
I found a cheap US fare today ($78+ from PHL to Portland, ME) that also required roundtrip purchase. So maybe the legacy carriers are trying to bring back the old fare regime.
Booked! Thanks for the great find!

Thanks. TUS-LAX-EWR-SFO-TUS for 273 8/26-27. I actually needed to get to SFO for the day and this was only a few dollars more than TUS-SFO. I'll make 1P for the first time on the way back too.
CLE-PDX gone from what I can tell

Looks like EWR-TUS is gone as well.

I am returning this morning from TUS to EWR and will hit the 1K this morning. This MR seemed a lot more difficult then the many leg LGA to Montery run. Maybe a am not used to MR yet. Thanks
