Is there any way possible to use the SAA website to manage my booking, if it was made through a travel agent?

Just find it odd not to be able to use it.

SAA recently added features and updated the back-end of the website to allow most bookings to be accessed. Please keep in mind, however, that different agencies use different booking systems, so it may be necessary to inquire with them as to your "Amadeus Record Locator", which is what's used to access your booking on flysaa.com.

I have been using the Amadeus number (as this wotks on CheckMyTrip, which is an Amadeus website).

As I am based in Kenya, I shall call SAA here.
