How conveniently located is this hotel in Marrakesh?

I checked my dates Jan 27-Feb 8 by individual day and sometimes the $14.53 showed as sold out, while other times the single room w/o breakfast showed at normal ~$56 rate. site page (http://www.booking.com/hotel/ma/imperial-plaza.html?)

According to reviews, this is not close to sights.

Even though not terrific reviews, looking forward to spending more time in Marakesh.
