Hilton HHonors - Question for SF Hilton and Diamond-VIPs

Hi,
I frequent the SF Hilton quite often and in 2000, as a silver and gold, I really didn't get any exceptional service. What should I be expecting as a Diamond-VIP in 2001?

Also, as a Diamond in general, what are some of the perks and benefits that you guys have been receiving?

As a HH GOLD I was given an exec level room 2/2 at the SF Hilton. The hotel is a little worn but still nice.

As for stays upon reaching HH Diamond, my overall upgrade percentage for has actually DECREASED. Sad but true!

The HH T&C benefits read almost exactly the same for both GOLD and Diamond. Sad but true!

When I book online, in the comments/requests column I restate diamond membership and request the upgrade there. It usually works
