Does anyone have any idea how I can get some value out of the $50 travel card I got with the Spring promo? It expires 1 Nov 2011 and we aren't going anywhere that has a BW hotel until April 2012 (AKL).
I tried to use it at a local Brisbane hotel for a restaurant meal but they won't take the card as payment unless we are staying there.
I called customer service and they won't extend it or let me buy points with it even though my husband is a diamond.
Is there any way to either sell it or use it to book the AKL hotel in advance?
