Hilton HHonors - Recrediting an award certificate

I am getting a bit concerned. About one month ago, I have mailed back an award certificate I was ending up not using.

HHOnors said they would re-credit the points, and they are a LOT of points.

No credit yet. I'm wondering if I should start making more calls?

The last time I spoke with someone at HHonors, they admitted that they were two months behind on such requests. No, that wasn't a typo......2 months!!

Of course, being a diligent FlyerTalker, you should call anyway.

They seem to be very behind on everything. I am still (despite multiple follow ups) trying to correct an air miles transfer from September, and a recently expedited award wasn't even processed for a week, so their 3- business days estimate was only off by 125%. I continue to pester them, as this ain't service; hope everyone else will do likewise.
