Hilton HHonors - Website and Customer Service Frustration

While a recent convert from Starwood, I have been impressed the hotel based service, I have had a world of trouble with Hhonors. Some stays post, some don't, and the promos are completely hit or miss.

I have made several reservations online, and have received the alleged 1k bonus for none. I am signed up for the promo that basically goes 5k, 10k, 10k, 25k for 4 stays. The first bonus appears on the web site, the rest do not. Attempting to get this resolved (the 4 stay bonuses, anyway) resulted in my account balancing increasing by about half what it should have, and confusing the statement to the point where I cannot even tell where the points are coming from. Some airline miles have posted, some have not. Calls to the CS center are not helping. Emails (so far) have gone unanswered.

Does anybody know of any other means by which to get answers on this stuff? Gold Status with Hilton is not turning out to be what I hoped...

http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/confused.gif I thought the 1000 bonus for reserving via Hilton website terminated in early 2000. Is it still being offered? If so, I'm missing a batch also.

Make that two of us, I'm getting shafted big time if this promo has been in effect, I make all my reservations online

Be aware that most HHonors bonuses that are posted to your account are shown in the point total on their web page, but not itimized and listed individually.

Points that will not show-up individually include quarterly bonuses, $$ threshold bonuses, the current conquest bonus and a whole lot more.

This something that HHonors has acknowledged that they need to fix, but haven't. So check your total balance to see if it has gone up.
