Does anyone know who to contact outside of the 800 Aeromexico numbers available on their website for assistance with mileage credit?
I have tried for 2 months to obtain credit for a paid Business Elite ticket with DL 5 May and 8 May 2011 to my Aeromexico account. My AM club premier number was even on the boarding passes but yet I am unable to obtain the mileage credit to my AM account.
I have spoken to more than a few customer representatives in the US (in English and Spanish at different times) and even supervisors. I have sent a scan of my ticket receipt and boarding passes to the email addresses they gave me and yet I still cannot receive my mileage credit. They promise me it is being taken care of, but what makes it take 2 months???? I really need to find someone at AM to complain to.
Any suggestions for how to approach this problem would be much appreciated.
