Hilton HHonors - Great Service - Hilton Adeliade !!!

Well,

For once I can say that I got great service without asking from the Hilton Adelaide. Im gold, and was paying a super cheap rate, but got automatically upgraded to an executive room with club access.

I didn't have to argue, or even ask........I am very impressed !!!!

So well done Hilton Adelaide !!!!!

I always stayed at the Hyatt.
Recently i stayed at the hilton. The room was lovely the exec club fabulously friendly.everyone talked to eachother and you can OPEN THE WINDOWS.
id never stay at the hyatt again. they are just another BIG hotel. the only thing i missed was the bottle of bubbly which i usually give the rellos!!

This is a great little property. Well, actually a big one, but it does feel quite intimate. They treat their guests very well, as you note.

Absolutely a top notch hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights last month, best service of the 4 Hiltons we stayed in Australia, and beat the pants of the Waldorf and the Palmer House.
The staff actually talks to each other and tries to help!
