I think, in checking my account, the Subway card is one I purchased. Did you go into your account and enter your shipping information to claim the gift card and have it mailed to you?

I'm beginning to share this view... I've never received the Subway gift card or the Cabela's gift card from them. Calls to customer service result in being placed on hold immediately (we're sorry, all representatives are currently assisting other customers...) to being prompted to leave a message. Messages are not returned. Posts to their facebook page are deleted...

Disputes have been filed with credit card companies now.
