As a very recent Gold VIP, I had some simple questions about my current stay (where I was silver when I checked-in) that the hotline was unable to answer. Adam was very helpful and he even arranged for my bed to be covered in rose petals upon my arrival back to my room... OK he was very helpful, but no flowers.

Hello, Adam, my hero.

Did you hear the story about my upgrade to the 23rd floor in Baltimore? The whole 23rd floor! What a kick. It took us almost 5 minutes to walk from our bedroom to the kitchen to get a cup of coffee. Fortunately, we had lots of friends in town and were able to truly enjoy this grand and amazing suite. So often the great upgrades come when one is all alone in a city and can't really enjoy the space. I guess that is one great reason for be a FlyerTalker--insuring that you have friends in all cities. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

I did not however, get credit for the other room I booked durin that stay. If you would be so kind as to send me Stacy's fax number, I would like to fax her copies of my bills so I could receive credit.

I volunteer to be an officer in the Adam Burke Fan Club - although we need to include Kristy Hall as well. They are both one of the very best outcomes of my discovering FlyerTalk http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif If they will move to NC, I'll hire them both on the spot!

I suggest a Freddy for Adam.

Even though other programs have recently added dedicated lurkers to assist with issues I believe that Adam and HHonors has set the standard beat!

I am a Hyatt-Diamond for CY-00 but I won't be Hyatt-Diamond in CY-01!

Adam is the reason I am leaving Hyatt (in fact I have already "left" them back in Sept) and am going for Hilton-Diamond for CY-01!

I have to agree here. Adam and Kristy Hall have been _extremely_ helpful to me. I don't know if any of you remember the missing Hilton/AMEX points post I submitted a few weeks ago. AMEX was useless in trying to get the problem resolved that was _their_ fault. Of course, a quick e-mail to Kristy and the whole fiasco was fixed within 24 hours. Also, Adam had seen the post and e-mailed me too. Great customer service!

As far as I'm concerned, it's a done deal for me. I am a member of 2 other frequent guest programs but I will be using Hilton properties exclusively next year. Not only because I have enjoyed all my stays but because of the commitment to me, the customer, extended by these two individuals.

I just finished staying at the Hilton New York, nice property by the way, i was wondering if after this stay I would reach Gold Level. 36 nights to reach Gold right? I think I am close, but never good in math..

Hyatt is lurking too ... personally I've always found that kind of redundant since they provide excellent e-mail customer service (issues always resolved with 2 business days).
