Hello guys. I am trying to find the rules for Mille Miglia.

Obviously, there are no one way awards available.

What if I book a round trip award ticket (for Air France) and want to chance the return flight? Is this possible? Is there a fee?

One way awards are available, actually (but no skyteam one way awards exist, so you can find them only on AZ).

You can change an award ticket with millemiglia any time, provided there's still award availability on the flight you want to change to.

It's not 100% correct; if you make a re-route, you have to pay a small fee (like 50€ if I remember well); I've changed one award flight from VCE-FCO-EZE to VCE-CDG-EZE, and they applied me this fee.
However, if you just change your flight date, you don't have to pay nothing, the award tkt is completely open, and you can also make a non-show and re-plan the flight later.

Hm?! This makes AZ miles in some sense more valuable to me than M&M miles

True about the reroute, same fee applies to name change (!!!!).

Are you sure about the no-show?

Yep, I've planned a trip to' EZE but unfortunately for work reason I wasn't able to board, so I called the customare care and they said me this; in fact I re-booked the flight for 14th of july only yesterday (previously was booked for the 20th of June).

It's a business class ticket, but I guess that is the same also for a Y class tkt.
