Iberia Airlines Iberia Plus - IB minor schedule change, sector disappears from ticket receipt

Hi there,
I hold a confirmed ticket issued by Iberia for a mixed itinerary IB/NT (Binter Canarias). Today I got an automated email about a schedule change. I checked on iberia.com and accepted it using the button "Accept Changes", but all I got was an error. So I logged out and logged back in, and everything was okay, with the new flight number displayed in the reservation.
Just to be safe I also checked CheckMyTrip.com (classic.checkmytrip.com, actually, since the new version is really inferior compared to the old one): everything is ok under the "Trip Summary" tab, but "e-ticket receipt" misses the new sector (and the old one is not listed anymore).
So my 3-sectors outbound XXX-MAD-TFN-FUE now is simply XXX-MAD-TFN.
What should I do? Is it worrying? Should I ring them to make sure my e-ticket contains every sector?

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

Give them a call - better safe than sorry.

+1 and welcome to FT gegiu'!

If the segment TFN to FUE has been cancelled, they can probably re-route you through LPA, but you would be better off doing this from MAD, to avoid one jump and a longer journey.

Good luck!

This sometimes happens with check my trip when changes have been made to an itinerary. If you're unsure, call the airline to confirm :)

Thank you for your replies!

I eventually called them and the agent said "You won't have any problems". She also offered to send me an updated pdf, which is still missing in my inbox. So, they are not going to re-issue the ticket.

Actually I can't understand how their system works: How could they check me in if my eticket misses a sector?

(And let me clarify that it was not a schedule change, they only changed the flight number...)
