Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan - SEA BR freebie breakfast goodies?

As an AA AC member eligible to use the SEA BR, I was curious as to what freebie breakfast goodies are available at that BR. I'm flying out on AA at 6AM and have read different stories as to what the operating hours for the famous pancake machine are (I've seen different pics showing a sign that says 5:30AM, another showing 5:00 AM, but maybe they're at different airports). Or would I be better off using the short time I have available before boarding my AA flight at 5:30 AM to just buy breakfast in the concourse?

If your flight boards at 5:30, you need to add in time to get to your gate, so it might not be working.

They do have pastries, English muffins, bagels, fruit, juice, coffee, tea, milk, boiled eggs and sodas out when they open. I've even seen oatmeal, but don't know if that is a regular part of the menu.

The oatmeal is always out at SEA in the mornings but is very easy to miss. It's instant oatmeal (not cooked) available in one of the glass jars, usually on the left side of the counter. You scoop it out and there is a hot water dispenser to add to your liking.

At PDX, they just have packets of instant oats available.

Go to Anthony's and have a breakfast scramble and some of their awesome blueberry coffee cake instead. So Yummy! :)

Yes, but they have Strawberries and Cream oatmeal! :D
