Argentina - Need a travel agent (preferably Cdn based)

Hi everyone,
Some friends and I are planning a trip to Argentina in August and, while I'm generally relatively competent when it comes to making travel arrangements, I've realized that I need some extra help. We'd like to see Buenos Aires and Mendoza (for some wine-related fun). We'd also really like to ski (none of us are expert but range from intermediate to advanced). I've found with the searching I've done on Argentinian ski resorts that many are quite remote and, more problematic, require you to ski for a minimum of a week, which would be too much for me (I being the intermediate...). We were thinking more of 3 nights for skiing. We generally like to travel pretty well but have no real need for Four Seasons et al. and would be happy trying a couple of boutique or more unique local offerings.

Anyway, if anyone can recommend a travel-agency (or specific agent) that you think could help (we're Canadian based) then that would be much appreciated. Alternatively, if anyone on here has any advice that would be great!
Thanks!
