France - CDG: A decent meal at an affordable price?

We have a 9 hour layover in CDG (Terminals 1 > 2E) and would be interested in having lunch somewhere without breaking the bank. The plan is to have a leisurely lunch somewhere and then hit the lounge at CDG - would prefer not to eat at an airport restaurant and would also not like to take a trip into downtown Paris.

There are several free hotel shuttle buses that leave CDG for Roissy hotels (and perhaps other areas too). Can anyone recommend whether we can hop into one of these and find a decent restaurant that locals patronise for lunch, where one can have lunch for around €20 (max) per person?

Any other ideas will be most welcome.

I remember once being stuck in CDG because of weather and spending the entire day at airport and sleeping at one of the local hotels. I remember having a really good grilled lamb in one of the restaurants;
Could it be this one?
Does anybody know this restaurant?
