Here is a nice gift, Mrs Mud and I received during our recent stay in Novotel Bali Benoa.

On top of that we were also granted with one free wifi hour and some discount coupons for massage and other stuff i don't remember.
I kindly tried to say it won't be usefull to me as i don't carry a laptop during my travel, but it vain...;)

By the way, the hotel is pretty nice although it is not a brand new one.
However the hotel is split in two parts by a road, but it has 2 nice swimming pools and some very nice common property

Staff is very helpfull and efficient,

Hi,
My wife and I will be visiting this property in 2 weeks time. I've got club gold, and we've booked the deluxe room. I wonder if they will upgrade me?
Can I check with you, which category did you book your stay? Did they upgrade your room? And did you specifically ask for upgrade request or the cakes etc or was it all given without request?
