Hilton HHonors - Average email response time?

What is the average email response time people have been experiencing regarding HHonors issues? Last year, I never received a response. I sent an email a couple days ago and am curious as to when, if at all, people have been receiving replies.
Thanks.

Last year it took them 3 days to respond. All my questions were addressed and resolved to my satisfaction.

It only took a day for Adam's team (incl Kristy and Stacy) to response and with win win results for both Hilton and client. Kudos to the 3 of them.

I recently had an elite level issue, sent an email - which was responded to 2 weeks later. But the issue was resolved to my satisfaction with the one email.
I'd geive then a couple of weeks.

I emailed an inquiry (on an issue I opened a thread here in June) on June 10. A computer generated reply came in immediately, just noting me that it will be handled in the order received.
I emailed to inquire about that inquiry on July 10 as I heard nothing from HHonors.
A reply came on July 11 from an internet coordinator, telling me that they were 'backed up with e-mail inquiries.'
A formal reply came on July 15 but the point was not taken. I replied again on the following day and received an email on July 23.
(The Hyatt was remarkable, though, in that they replied within a few days, even though I was a non-elite. I am still Gold with Hilton.)

Adam and Kristy are our only hope from my experience - they are super! Without them, I received no response to mulitple emails after months!! Previously, when I did get a response it wasn't to point and did not resolve the issue. Forget the emails and make the multiple calls w/ tremendous wait times if you really need help. We can't abuse Adam and Kristy, but for serious problems, I have been amazed that they use their time to extend the CS message of Hilton here.
I always get a response within 24 hours from the UK Centre. http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/wink.gif

yes Adam and Kristy are very fast. Merry's UK center seems to be as fast. But nothing beats the reply-response-time of FlyerTalk-colleagues http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
adam, kristi & stacy respond promptly.
i have two open issues with the HHassles
service center. replies to emails typically
take 3 weeks ... and seldom answer/address
the question asked.

Why don't you just call them? Lately, phones have been answered very promptly, and problems handled quite satisfactory right over the phone, without even having to fax stuff over to them.
