Hilton HHonors - HHonors Guest Manager???

If I have a question and ask for the HH Gst. Mgr., they say who??

Sounds like they are supposed to be like the M.O.D. but geared towards HHonors questions.

Just wondering what the intention is of this benefit and what your experiences are.

It was at the Doubletree in Bellevue Washington.

I called the front desk, they gave me the name of the HHonors manager and I called her.

I think the intent was to give HHonors members priority in getting thru to a hotel manager.

My experience was very good.

Hi ok I was told that if you need the request
of guest manager that you can request it at the hotel that you are staying at. The guest manger is to solve and proboloms that you have room bill points or the level you are at. If you have a probolom with up grade ask for the manger at that hotel
