Spain/Portugal/Gibraltar - Hotel in Eixample-Barcelona

I have stayed at Hotel Omm and enjoyed it, but thought I might try something different this time. I am looking at the Claris and the Majestic. Which do you prefer or do you have another recommendation? We are a couple in our late 30's. We would like to stay under $350/night.
Also, does anyone know the name of the restaurant across form the Claris. My parents loved it, but can't remember the name.

Stayed in the Eixample area in Barcelona at the Villa Emilia. The hotel was awesome. We loved it.

The Majestic is kinda stuffy. I thought it smelled like a grandmother's attic. There's a new MO that just opened on Pg. de Gracia.

Unfortunately, I don't think the MO ever falls in the under $350 category.
