Hilton HHonors - Guaranteed Rooms for Diamonds at ES?

Hello all.

I am wondering if the guaranteed reservation for Hhonors Diamond members is extended to Embassy Suites. Does anyone have any experience with this?

I'm not sure what the official stance is,
but I've never been refused a room on an
overbooked night by the 800 rev. line or
by the hotel.

All HH, DT, ES, HS & HI apply for the Diamond 48 hr. Guaranteed availability benefit.

However, be prepared to pay rack rate and use the toll free line rather than calling the hotel directly.

Sometimes you may need to ask the agent to "force" the reservation in the booking system.
