I have had some points problems floating around for months without resolution. Last Friday I spoke with a young (sounding) woman named gina at HHonors Customer Service who said, "FAX me the stuff and it will be taken care of next week".
Well, Lo and Behold, today I check my account and evey single little problem was perfectly resolved, just like she promised.
