A search for "FRA layover" in this forum should find a lot of suggestions. ;)

Hi Newbierunner

Usually UA arrives in T2 and LH will start at T1.

I would say if you cut out 2,5 hours for move over, stuff luaggage (in case you need to) get back in thru security in time to your LH flight you probably will have 5 hours left to go and do something cool in Frankfurt.

Suggestions? Many - depends of what do you dream of to do.

Some site-seeing, I guess.... No luggage.

Both UA and LH use T1 in FRA but T1 is divided into A, B and C. Check the first post in the FRA connection thread (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/miles-more-lufthansa-austrian-swiss-other-partners/982019-beginners-guide-connecting-fra-fra-connection-thread.html) in the M&M forum for more info.
