Cruises - Danube River Cruise: Port or Starboard Cabin?

Friends of ours have booked a Avalon Waterways Danube Cruise on the Tranquility.

They have splurged and upgraded to a suite.

Any thoughts on which side of the boat they should reserve if the boat is starting in Prague and moving towards Budapest?

Thanks.

We have done several river cruises, and I don't think for the most part it has mattered at all which side we were on. Our agent did the research with the line looking for people who have taken the trip, but unless we were docked and people were passing by the cabin it didn't really matter. If you can figure out which side you will dock on the majority of the time you want the opposite side so you can sleep with less noise from the shore, but we didn't see it as a big deal.

Though I will say one of the most interesting sights we have ever seen in Europe was when we were docked someplace in France. Early in the morning all these old men on their bikes (they all looked like they were riding their daughters bikes with the pastel woven baskets) passing by in one direction, then ten or fifteen minutes later they would ride back in the opposite direction with a couple of loaves of bread in the basket. This went on for hours, we actually walked off and followed them to the bakery.
