I signed up 3-4 weeks ago but never got anything. I went back again on Monday and realized I had never opted to follow them. Once I clicked to follow and re-registered, I received an email and the miles later that day.

I just got around to checking again and still nothing. I used a different email address for my Twitter account than I use for my HA aacount. I put the Twitter email on the form. Could that be the problem?

I submitted again, this time using my HA email address and got the confirming email and the miles in my HA account. :)

I followed them on Twitter and still waiting for them to approve it. I didnt get an email or any extra miles.

Now when I click the link on this thread, I get this message:

Did you sign up for the promo earlier? I signed up a month ago but never followed @Hawaiianmiles. I went to twitter last week to request a follow and got an acceptance two days later. Two days after that I got an email saying I have earned the 500 bonus miles.

Yes I signed up for the promo first and then followed them on twitter...well I tried. You have to wait for them to approve you to follow them. I did my daughter's account about a week later and hers worked very quickly. Nothing for me :(

I have tried again this week and it looks like the link opened again so I went through the whole process again and it still didnt seem to work as I have heard nothing and no extra miles.

Miles posted sometime in the last few days.

First try didn't go through, but I tried again a few days ago and this time I received the miles. Activity date 11/10, posting date 11/15. If you've given it one shot already and haven't gotten the miles, definitely try registering again.

My miles took more than a month to show up, but are finally there. That tipped me back over 70k so I can transfer for 140k worth of Hilton points!

I linked my twitter to HA account on January 14. As of today, I still didn't have the 500 miles.

I just called customer care. The rep said he would escalate to Marketing and that they would call me back.
