The reason I am concerned that one might not be able to cancel or change a reservation is that when I inadvertently used the same Coupon code for a second future reservation I got a message stating the coupon had already been used and could not be accepted.

866-626-9102. Have your cert ready and give them a call.

I had this same deal happen on a national rental certificate from AMEX...

I forgot that I applied it to an existing reservation and tried to put it on a second one. I was told that the system won't allow that.

If you cancel the previous reservation, the code will work again.
