Gaming Loyalty Programs - Total Rewards Diamond = Borgata Black Card (& vice versa)

does anyone know if one can bring either one of these cards to the others hotels host desk and ask for the comparable card to be comped like they used to do?

i know a couple of a years ago, i had some friends with borgata black cards get comped diamond cards at ceasers just by showing their black card.

I know that Borgata will comp diamond (TR sytem) to black card (and throw in a few other perks)--I don't know if the reverse is true.
