It's like IML but smaller. Every MLK day weekend in DC and pretty fun. Last year the host hotel was the Hyatt near union station. Not sure where it will be at for 2012.

It's at the Hyatt Regency again in 2012, and also in 2013, I've heard. I pre-booked a room for 2012.
