Does anyone know where or how I can find a cheap flight to Vegas this saturday? Do the flights get more expensive as the days get closer to saturday?

Look at your favorite travel agency site (Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia, etc.) and also check Southwest.
Saturday is a relatively expensive day to travel this route because of weekend visitors, and fares will generally get more expensive as you get closer to the date of departure. Given where prices are at already for Saturday 6/11 you might find it makes more sense to drive. The drive from ONT to LAS is under 4 hours if you can avoid traffic.

Allegiant is $75+ on Friday and $60+ on Sunday from Long Beach.

I'm going to second the Allegiant route, their rates are pretty volatile though, so if it's cheap enough for you I'd jump on it if you're willing to drive down to Long Beach

The $190 anytime fare on Southwest ONT-LAS will probably be exactly that - anytime whether you book tonight, tomorrow, or Friday.
Assuming you live near Ontario, by the time you drive there you could be 25% of the way to Vegas! So would either hop on Southwest or hop in your car.
