Best Western Rewards - Any promos to get Platinum?

On the GCC site they now list Diamond and Platinum membbership levels: any promos to get these? If you are an elite in an other hotel program would they issue these or upgrade to these?

Just booked my very first stay with BW, they're the only hotel in town in some remote area in the Netherlands that I'll be visiting tomorrow. They enrolled me in their program over the phone and upgraded the statys to Diamond automatically based on my Hyatt/Diamond status. They asked that I fax in a statement showing my Hyatt status when I'm back in the US...Surprisingly nice agent handled my call, everything was processed in less than 5 minutes.
