Is the full array offered, or are there limited selections?

A meal is not offered in Y. They do have the standard pay for food menu though.

I understand nothing is "offered." I want to know if all the selections (including the fresh-type ones) are loaded, or just the shelf-stable items, on a redeye.

My understanding is that the food is loaded based on availability at that time. I've been on some redeye flights where all of the food, including the fresh food was available. On other redeye flights, the standard selections plus cheese/fruit/veggie/hummus etc. were available.
