Le Club Accorhotels - Bonus promotion ?!?

Just got over 8000 points credited as "Bonus promotion". No idea what it is, but of course all free points are welcome. Anybody else got some unexpected points coming in lately? Have been Plat since it exists, but never been handed out points for free (not the true A-Club spirit towards customers).
In the back of my mind I suspect an erroneous posting, but I feel lucky in some odd way :D

Not that I am aware of really.
I have spent around 4K Euro the last three months on the same IBIS hotel only.

There's your answer... Anyone who can live through a week (let alone months) in an Ibis hotel gets a bonus. Who said A-Club were heartless :D

Well you can say what you want about IBIS hotels, but it still way better than sleeping on the street or in a rental car :D

My wife had several hundred points credited a couple of weeks ago detailed as a "bonus promotion".
That was for a stay back in February.
