It should not be this hard to give an airline my money!

Trying to book a flight on JetStar MEL-CNS at their website. After I select my flight and options, clicking on the "Continue" button does absolutely nothing except scroll me back to the top of the same page. Thought it might be my browser so I switched from Firefox to Explorer - no difference. Decided I should contact Web support -- wait there doesn't seem to be any contact information for them whatsoever! Okay, I'll just contact regular customer service -- no, no telephone number available for Canada and the US number doesn't work from my area. Alright, perhaps I'll email them -- of course not, no email address. Wait, they have a Skype number I can call -- goes directly to a generic voice mail.

Please someone, help!! I just want to buy a simple $200 ticket from MEL-CNS; I need to do it ASAP as I have to fly on that specific flight and I don't want prices to go up while I fuss around with their system.

Looks like it could be a problem with the website; it is doing the same for me

Perhaps phone the telephone reservations number and book over the phone

Thanks Dave, good to know that it's not just me!

Unfortunately the reservations number is a toll-free number for the U.S. and when I dial it from Canada, it tells me it's not valid for my area. Eventually in desperation, I ended up calling the Qantas reservations desk (since that's where I originally started before I was redirected to the JetStar website) and a lovely lady tried to go through the transaction as well and got the same error I was getting. She then patched me through to JetStar reservations and I booked over the phone. They waived the telephone booking fee since it was their website that was acting up!

All ended well! Albeit almost an hour later.
