Travel with Children - Award Ticket Troubles

I am sure that some of you have experienced this hassle in the past....

I am traveling from SYD-DUB on a Continental Award Ticket on TG, LX & BD in Business Class. Continental tells me that they cannot book the infant and I must call each airlines separately to book the infant. I know that in the past I have definitely been able to do this for 10%+Taxes. Has the policy been changed?

I would call the number of the airline of the first leg - make sure you have the correct PNR (they sometimes vary per airline). It should not be a problem to get this ticketed.

Last week UA gave me a quote for lap child on AC award so it wasn't a problem. I'd call CO again.
