Travel with Pets - Europe to Okinawa with dog!! or not?

How on earth do i get a dog from Eindhoven in Holland to Okinawa in Japan in the next month!!!

I have seen china air do a good job with pets ... they were my best bet ... but now they don't take pets on 737's any more. That would be the last leg from China to Japan.

and there are no direct flights to Okinawa ... i have to stop in Teipei somewhen!

So i have no clue anymore what to do for my miserable ex house mate who is missing one dog for nearly 8 months.

All paper work is taken care of ... I just ned to fly from Holland France or Germany and try to get to Okinawa with one wippet.

Any ideas anyone?

Flew from Tokyo to Frankfurt on Lufthansa's A380 earlier this year with no problems and would do it again so I'd recommend driving to FRA and flying direct to NRT. From there you can transfer to an ANA flight to Okinawa Naha.
