This is a single use only coupon. This does not work to book multiple bookings using this code. In case you use this to book from different accounts, if you still use the same credit card, it will recognize it and charge you the full amount.

Dont try to use it multiple times with hotels, which are non-refundable.

Geat, worked perfectly for a saturday night stay in Playa del Carmen. Only $28.80 USD for a hotel in 5th Avenue and includes Continental Breakfast ;)

Will use it now with my Mexican Credit Card and my Mexican Address, if not, with another American Credit Card. The Ibis Cancun for the Friday Night is priced at $20.80 USD with the coupon. Thanks Expedia!!! and of course, Thanks OP!!!

Many thanks OP, worked for me a non-registered Expedia user with a UK registered card. I just booked a hotel at LHR as it works out more economical than a taxi at 4am. Plus I get another hour in bed!

Gotta like the lack of restrictions. Thanks to the OP. Half-decent 2-star in excellent location in BKK nets to $8.30. Will also likely be doing a 10-day bloc elsewhere in Thailand using Entertainment/hotels.com to get a $250 rebate (also working out to $25/night), but the rebates have been taking 2-3 months lately to post back to the credit card. Deals that can be applied to single-day stays are really helpful.

Err.. can you please explain this $250 rebate? where? Is it a kind of cash back? Thanks in advance.

There's some discussion starting at page 6 of the Hotel Deals Roach Motel thread. Basically you book via the entertainment.com gateway on the hotels.com engine (but must be via entertainment.com), stay at the hotel and send in a coupon (in the entertainment book or online) with the booking number and then, in 2-3 months, they'll credit the applicable rebate back to the card used to book the reservation. It's not as good as a deep discount upfront, but in some places (Nevada, Thailand) it can cut net costs to near zero.

Thank You!

But, I don´t have one hour or more to spend on the phone with Expedia. Easier to just book night by night with different credit cards, as I only use weekend nights at leisure destinations like CUN and HUX thanks to Mexican Ultra LCC.

Stupid question... will a hotel-specific promo work when combined with Expedia's promo?

I'm doing SPG® Getaway Free: stay 3x, get 1 resort night. I'm planning to book a SPG hotel though Expedia.

you will most probably not get the points or stay credit.

I need three consucutive nights in chicago starting tomorrow. Can I book three seperate nights for the same room type in the same hotel using different credit cards? I am assuming no (based on at least one post) but the collective knowledge of FT is far greater than mine. Any thought will be appreciated.

Thanks!

Sure you can, though it'll confuse the hotel desk a bit, as you'd have to check in, check out, check in, check out, etc. I know this from experience during the great 2009 Expedia UK "refer a friend" promo (one of the all-time greats for deals uncovered via FT). People would routinely book 5 days worth of 1-day stays. Most hotels were happy to accommodate if you explained the situation, and some were sharp enough to not require daily visits to the desk or having to re-do your electronic key every day.

Thanks a bunch. I'll visit the desk daily if that's what it takes :) As long as they don't make my family of four physically move out and in, it's worth it. I sure hope they are sharp. Appreciate your response.

I usually just explain the situation.

When mattress running for things like FFN, we often book one night in my account, one night in my wife's. From a corporate standpoint, they count it as 2 stays, but from a local hotel standpoint, it's the same room.

As was said, if you have an issue, just check out and back in.

I am having the same problem , I have tried both logged in and as a guest , but no coupon box appears .

As I am in Australia and I wonder if my IP address may show I am not in the US ?

Have booked four nights so far today, and each time there is no coupon code box, rather in teeny tiny pale blue writing a link that says "I have a coupon." When you click on this it should open up the box for you to put the coupon code. It's as if they don't want you to use the code ;)!

That last page is where it says "Complete this booking" in a green box on the bottom of the page correct? That where I used to see the coupon code link on the top until late 2010 (right before CC) but I don't see it anymore

edit: got it. It's one page before the final page.

Since I found a deal that gave me $50 off each hotel booking I have planned for this summer, I couldn't bring myself to use this, even though I still have one booking without a discount. I've convinced myself that I can find better than $25 off before then. Kind of silly -- this was a bird in hand.
