Perhaps people who have redeemed this particular passion would be willing to share at which hotel they were and what was served? (And perhaps note if the one certificate was used for than one diner, as I have noticed that seems to vary as well.)

I realize that there is no guarantee the next person will have the same experience, but it would be interesting to see how things compare!

Thx!

Just returned from the Royal Pavilion in Barbados where I used the local food experience for a dinner. At this property, the exeperience includes the main course. We were treated to a local experience of an amazing grilled black snapper and a dish they called "Koo Koo", which was a corn paste and an amazing mix of tomato, okra and salted fish on top which was also excellent. They brought a bill to sign for the experience which was about a $100usd value for the two entrees. One coupon was redeemed for the two of us.

I should also say that we redeemed this as part of a beach dinner set up o the North beach which was excellent.

Excellent stay at the hotel, although, some nights the service was a little lacking for this type of property IMHO.
