Virgin Atlantic Flying Club - Transferring Miles

I am sure that this type of question must have been asked on many occasions but I will venture out and ask it again.

Is there any way to transfer Delta Skymiles over to Virgins FC?

Any advice/ comments would be welcomed.

I do not think so but you could use DL skymiles for a VS flight award.

Does that also apply to CO miles? Can I use CO miles to upgrade on VS?

NO.

CO miles can be used to purchase a ticket but can't be used to upgrade.
